The Congressional Art Competition honors excellent works of art by high school students across the nation. The winning work is hung prominently in the Capitol Hill complex for one year, and the runner up is hung in my Washington, D.C. office. Competitors are solicited from area high schools as well as home-schooled constituents, and local competitions are held to select a district wide winner. For more information please contact Holly Ostby in the Newton District Office, (973) 300-2000 or click here to send her an e-mail with your questions.
